Research

The HEU is coordinating several research projects related to health economics. Much of the published findings are available in research reports, working papers and peer reviewed articles.

Research areas

Our research areas include health system issues relating to equity, access, financing, human resources, pharmaceutical markets as well as economic evaluations of TB, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and the HPV vaccine.

Projects

We are working on short-term and long-term research projects, many of which are collaborative efforts with partners in Africa and Europe, which has innovated and strengthened many of our findings.

Our publications are a primary vehicle for communicating and sharing our research findings.
